This, apparently, is not new- it was first brought to the publics attention in 2010, BUT this is the first time I'm hearing of it- so I'm sharing it with all of you too, just in case it's news to you as well.

Pictures you've emailed or uploaded from your smartphone could leak information that can threaten your safety &/or that of your child(ren).

While I love how much easier new technology makes our every day lives, we also have to keep ourselves in the know & be aware of how it also puts us at certain risks for things as this- for us and our little ones! There are some very twisted and just downright sick sick evil people living in this world, and you better believe that this Momma will take all necessary precautions to protect her mini,

 as well as all mini's, so please help spread the word on this!

Makeover... ♥

Le Blog got a little makeover...

and the HH's & HB's logo got a face lift...

(if you did not already notice, OR see it posted on my Insta) 

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it, 

 &

 lots of love to my sister who took my all of my 525 emails  (seriously without a doubt her most annoying client ever- ha) wants and turned it into something absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned!  THANK YOU!  ♥

HH's & HB's is still currently getting some more maintenance and glam tweeks, 

so please be patient with me.

My Mommy Day... ♥

This year was my third "Mommy Day" celebration with Miss Priss!

She kept asking me if it was my birthday, so I explained it was a day for all the Mommy's!

And then, she asked if it was for her too, & I told her yes, 

since I would not be a Mommy (and celebrating) if it weren't for her! :)

I had a sweet surprise awaiting for me when I woke up, from Miss Priss...

(she had some help from GiGi)

On the front, was a picture of me and her in the hospital (the day she was born), and then on the inside is a picture from the week before. And then there was her sweet sentiment of love for me! :)

love! love! love!

It's always the little things as such that I absolutely adore and LOVE!

& that I'll cherish forever, whenever she's too cool for her Momma! ha

(Oh, please Lord do not let that day come!)

And then we went out to eat, which was practically a nightmare- because everyone else and their Mother (literally) had the same exact thought too! So we ended up trying out a new little place.

Which I now LOVE, they had the best raspberry iced tea and fab burgers, which I couldn't resist from ordering- Thanks to it being that time (TMI?)- I know it was a great gift to me on Mommy day! ha

Ahh, who am I kidding, I probably would've ordered it regardless! 

*sidenote- yes that's TWO things of ketchup- one for my fries and one for my burger... 

I'm a bit obsessive with my ketchup!

Looking at this, reminds me, this is practically the exact meal 

I had while in early labor with Prissy Pants!

Maybe this shall be our new little tradition! ha 

(Although, she had Mac N' Cheese & fries!)

I'm such a bad photographer because I took NO pictures of Miss Priss & myself, but, isn't that the way it always goes though?

I did, however, capture just a few of her while we were visiting my grandmother, 

which is her great-grandmother! We had three generations of the H girls!

(again, another great photo, that I did not take!)

(she's wearing a flower necklace, lei, that the lady's were handing out to all the Mothers there that day & she got one too! Which totally made her day!)

{Mommy Day } ♥

I'm pretty sure I used the above quote last year as well, but it's just one that I absolutely adore!

And it goes without saying that I adore and LOVE LOVE LOVE my little Prissy Pants too!

 I am beyond blessed that God chose me to be her Mommy, now yes, there are days where she makes me want to pull my hair out, but nevertheless I still know how very lucky I am to have that little voice call me "Momma"! She's truly my mini me, but yet her very own little person too, & I'm amazed each and every day to see her learn, play,  and grow into such a beautiful little girl!

a FABULOUS Friday! ♥

WooHoo!

Today was a FABULOUSLY fun  Friday for me and my Prissy Pants!

We did a few of our favorites.... did a shopping trip at TARGET, and STARBUCKS too!

(since the Frapp Happy Hour was still going on)

Goodness, I just LOVE seeing those logos!!!

(I know, I know, I have issues) :)

I, also, LOVE seeing this....

$1.87 for Miss Priss' & only $2.37 for mine!

a TOTAL of $4.54!!!

which is cheaper than just my drink alone, at regular price!

                                                                                       

ahhh, if only Starbucks had their Happy Hour every day like Steak N' Shake!

Although, it's probably best for my thighs that they do not! :)

Yes, I know, even our drinks match too, I secretly LOVE it!

But, unlike mine, hers does NOT have coffee in it- it's just basically a chocolate milkshake.

 OH, and that would be her lil' leopard purse not mine- although I'd rock it, if it were bigger! :) 

After our Starbucks fix, HA, we went shopping in Target.

I just would like to take a minute to say, how much I absolutely adore Super Target stores that have a Starbucks in their stores, THANK YOU! genius, pure genius! Me and my Mini Me love to sip on our favorite drinks and shop... it's the little things I tell ya!

Okay, back to the shopping part...

I didn't really have a "list" of things to shop for, other than looking for the the infamous 'Lalaloopsy' doll, "Pillow"- that Miss Priss is OBSESSED with as of recent- she's back to loving the color PURPLE, and this particular Lalaloopsy doll has purple hair and matching purple pajama's (hence her name, Pillow) I had been promising her that if she was a good girl for me and listened to me (the week before our visit) that I would get Pillow as a present for her, in return for her good behavior.

 I'm not above bribing in return for good behavior - because have I mentioned we have entered the "terrible threes" (which is much worse than the "terrible twos").

...we headed back to the toy department, and luckily I found Miss Pillow, which made Prissy Pants beyond ecstatic, & I was in fact the BEST Mommy EVER! 

*for those of you not up on the Lalaloopsy craze, don't feel bad I'm a newbie too, it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find Pillow, Target.com is out of stock on them and most of their stores are at a very low stock availability- so this was a huge success in the "Mommy World"! :)

With Prissy Pants on cloud 9, I decided to go and browse the E.L.F. section 

(E.L.F is to me what Lalaloopsy is to her)

I kind of LOVE that when I go and look, I have just about everything.

But I did manage to pick up a few new things, and restock on some favorites that I'm running low on.

I'll let you know what I think about the newbies!

And soon I need to just do a E.L.F. post too!

all in all we had a fun & rememberable little Mommy & Daughter shopping day!

It's no secret that I am completely obsessed  adore Audrey Hepburn!

I just LOVE every little thing about her & the beautiful life she lived...
 her style, her admiration for humanity, her giving heart and sweet soul, her love of being a Mommy,
& lastly her movies!

'Breakfast at Tiffany's' was my first Audrey movie I watched, and I instantly fell in love with her!

Her style in BAT was impeccable, her and Givenchy were brilliant! I seriously would wear EVERY piece of clothing (and accessories) from that wardrobe, especially the infamous little black dress!

Today would have been Audrey's 84th birthday!

She truly was a beautiful woman, inside and out!

Here's to you Miss Hepburn, Happy Birthday daaaahling! :)

MAY Photo Challenge

Happy Hour

Not the 5 o'clock one, the other one...

STARBUCKS Frappuccino Happy Hour is coming!!!

Oh HAPPY DAY!

Dates: May 3-12

from 3 to 5 P.M.

And I'm pretty ecstatic about it, probably too much truth be told, if you can't tell.

Apart from it just being fab fab fab, I LOVE the dates they hold it on,

 because they cover Mother's Day! I like to think they do that on purpose for us Mommas, because Lord knows that's my favorite "go go juice" needed to keep up with my mini me!

Either way, I'm grateful and oh so excited just like a little kid in a candy store!

{Halloween} part I

"Mommy's Little Pumpkin"

This years costume ended up being a last minute change due to the weather- it ended up being a bit cooler than expected! I had bought this particular costume the year before, because I LOVED it, especially it's headband, but it was too big for Miss Priss! This year it worked out perfectly for her to wear it, so she did! (& as for the costume she was going to wear, maybe next year?)
