{Fourth Festivities} ❤

this year for the fourth, we took a weekend trip down South to visit Poppa & GiGi!

They took us to the local fourth celebration in town, it was good ol' fashioned fun!

our 'Fourth Fashion' mani!

So I don't know why, but I just do not have the best luck when it comes to things...

we hadn't been at the park for more than 5 minutes when I happened to look down and saw my whole foot covered in ants... which resulted in this...

At least it matched the color scheme for the day!

She LOVED the bouncy-jump house!

She turned into a Jumping Queen!

And then we visited the local Police Department booth...

Her little PD badge face paint sticker didn't last for more than 10 minutes, 

before she had it completely all off!

And then it was time for the fab FIREWORK show!

It was a fun and fab little fourth outing, minus the ant attack! ha

Chose this picture today, for my "June Photo-A-Day" Challenge, which was for 'jump'.

Prissy Pants has found a new use for her BIG Girl Bed  LOVES her new indoor trampoline! HA

I actually, okay'ed her to jump on her bed today, just to get a picture to show her what she did on her BIG Girl Bed, & too, it was a perfect fit for today's photo challenge- so a win-win!

***And NO worries, this "worry-wart" Momma took precautions and was VERY careful as my Mini Me was jumping on her bed! Sometimes I can be that "Cool Mom"... she thought it was and I quote "COOL" that I was letting her jump on her bed, but I did tell her this was a one-time deal! :)

A SURPRISE Fit for a PRINCESS! ❤

Today we've been blessed with another yucky weather day...

a little rain, and thunder... 

SO

 since we can't go out and play I decided to surprise Prissy Pants with something fun & different inside!

 I told her Mommy had a surprise for her...

she LOVES surprises from Mommy, can you tell?!

 A PRINCESS FORT!

Complete with: a Princess Pink Netting Canopy, Comfy pillows & slippers, a bit of "princess" bling decor and feathers, Mr. "Frog Prince", and some mini chocolate chip cookies!

 Her favorite part- crawling In & Out from it!

And then this happened...

OOPS! Guess Mommy didn't 'build' the Princess Fort properly...

 it collapsed, but she didn't seem to mind one bit & thought it was quite funny! :)

Mommy & Miss Priss Day...

I had plan on having a Mommy/Daughter day with Prissy Pants today, but due to carseat issues it got canceled... so instead of going out shopping, I decided to use a few gift cards that she & I still have from our birthday's! So our cute Mommy & Miss Priss day will just have to wait a bit longer.

(because you know, it's not like every day is Mommy & Miss Priss day! HA)

But, when it does happen don't worry I'll make sure to take pictures, as always!  :)

Okay so now on to the good stuff.... what we got....

For Miss Priss: 

A Minne Mouse glow & cuddle doll

I LOVE how her BOW lights up, this will be a fab little "nighty-night" toy for her!

This wasn't her first choice, (but she's ecstatic upon her arrival)

she really wanted more little Lalaloopsy dolls, BUT OH MY GOODNESS... those things are ridiculously priced online... I paid $17 for her "Pillow" in Target a few weeks ago and now they're going for as much as $65 on Amazon.... craziness! 

I guess I'll be stalking Target until they get new ones in!

(ahh, who am I kidding, we are they enough as is.)

And then I got...

mine had a theme... AUDREY! :)

I've been wanting this ever since I got the Vanity Fair magazine, back in April!

In the magazine, where Audrey was their May Cover Girl, they did a spread on this book!
